Description
Microtek ScanWizard 5 version 6.30 is the scanner controller program for ScanMaker 4800 scanner. This software driver for ScanMaker 4800 works with any OCR or image editing applications that support TWAIN protocol.
This version of Microtek ScanWizard 5 is known to have issue where by application will be automatically terminated when loading more than 10 saved scan job settings into Advanced Control Panel in one batch.
Another issue with this version is that it scans very slow. Hence, Microtek suggested to change the scan Image Quality option to (speed).
