Description
Two types of drivers are provided for Panasonic KV-S2046C (sorry no KV-C2046C, I think it is a typo, please double check to ensure the correct model number). See below if your scanner is the same model:
- ISIS:
ISIS stands for [Image and Scanner Interface Specification] which is an industry standard interface for image scanning technologies, developed by Pixel Translations in 1990. I believe it is an older standard compare to TWAIN.
- TWAIN:
Latest version of the TWAIN standard is TWAIN 2.1, released on July 8, 2009. TWAIN group was originally launched in 1992.
- Driver installers for each type of standards are located inside their own folder.
For ISIS driver, please check under /isis/s202xcis40.exe
For TWAIN driver, it is under /TWAIN/s202xt820.exe
