According to IBM website, all warranty, technical service, and support for its PC Camera products was provided by Xirlink.
However, Xirlink now does business under the name Veo International and still produces a line of web cameras. Veo International provides technical support on a fee-basis. The above information is last updated on year 2005.
That was from IBM website. So if you tried to go to Veo website, veo.com, you will find the site is actually a parked website hosted on NetworkSolutions.
I guess Veo is no more in business. So does Xirlink because Xirlink.com is being redirected to a place under information.com
One option you can try is use a driver scanning service which will scan your hardware information and match with their database for matching drivers.
