Well you have two choices of driver here: Full version and basic version. Full version is 237 MB in size and the basic version is much smaller at around 70MB in size.

So the differences in both full and basic versions is the Full Feature Software/driver solution is the complete software solution intended for users who want more than just a basic print and scan driver.

If you only want the print driver (without the Full Software Suite), it is available as a separate download named HP Basic Driver, which is available at the driver download page.

This new version (ver. 8.0.1) fixes the problem of possible loss of print job when printing from simplex and duplex mode and solve the problem of unexpected closure of Microsoft Office PowerPoint application. So if you are having symptoms above when using your HP J5750 printer, please update to this latest driver update.

Installation is standard for HP drivers. After you download the exe driver file, it is actually in self extract format which you can double click it to extract the contents of the driver files in a temporary folder in you hard disk. After files extracted, locate setup.exe to run the driver installation process.
