This seems to be XP driver – does this work on Vista?

I am using a Lexmark X83 printer with my Dell computer with Windows XP. I have purchased a Dell computer (64 bit) with Vista. The Lexmark X83 does not operate with this system. I need a driver for the printer that works with Vista. Can you help?
