Description

There are two updates for Dell Inspiron Mini 9 Wireless 5530 HSPA GSM WWAN Sim network mini card. One is driver update and the other one is firmware update.

1. This is the recommended update and the only enhancement is Full PC/SC support.
2. The driver also work for the following Dell notebooks using Wireless 5530 mini card:

1. This firmware update is only intended for the AT&T (XX982) D5530 module. It is not required for other D5530 versions so if you are not using AT&T you do not need to install this firmware.
2. This firmware update is optional and it will increase your GSM WWAN Sim mini card throughput twofolds from 3.6 Mbps to 7.2 Mpbs.
