Well, according to Creative driver support forum, PD1110 is also known as Webcam NX and there is driver available just for that model.

This download contains an improved version of the driver found on the Creative WebCam NX installation CD. It enhances video capture quality. For more details, read the rest of this web release note.
The driver update will fix:
- Improves the synchronization of audio and video during video capture
- Resolves the issue of MSN® Messenger shutting down as a result of Creative WebCam NX (VFW) being selected while the webcam is disconnected
You will need to have the latest Microsoft DirectX installed. The stated requirement is Microsoft DirectX® 9.0.
To install this driver
- Download the WCNX_PCDrv_2_00_04_00.EXE file onto your hard disk.
- Double-click the file and follow the instructions on the screen.

According to Creative, this web cam is not supported under MS Windows Vista (any flavor) – bummer!

Ya Vista is not one of the supported OS (refer requirement above). I think Creative should provide Vista support because a lot of users are looking forward to use PD1110 webcam on Vista.

Please come out with this for Vista…I cannot download my webcam drivers because I have a Stupid Vista..Now I am dissapointed =(
I got the driver to install by installing it in Win Xp SP2 Compatibility Mode. (right click the exe, select properties and then the on the Compatibility tab, you can check the box to run win Win XP SP2 mode).

I got it working on Windows 7. Just right click > compatability (XP SP2) and then run it …
