7663-13U Ethernet Driver Installation on XP

1. Download the driver file 7kra22ww.exe and run it to extract onto your hard drive. Please extract to a temporary folder which is easier to remember e.g. c:/ibm7663/
2. In Windows, please click Start -> Control Panel.
3. Click Performance and Maintenance and System icon.
4. Click Hardware tab -> Device Manager.
5. Right-click Ethernet Controller in Other devices and click Properties.
6. Click Driver tab -> Update Driver... .
7. Select No, not this time and click Next >.
8. Select Install from a list or specific location (Advanced).
9. Click Next > in Upgrade Device Driver Wizard dialog box.
10. Select Search for a the best driver in these locations and Include this location in the search: only.
11. Specify the path to the following sub-directory with the full path name where you extracted the driver file. For example c:/ibm7663/PRO1000/Win32
12. Click Next and the driver installation will start.
13. Click Finish when the installation completes.
