Description

This is the driver for Sunplus SPCA533 digital camera. Sunplus website does not have the file available for download. Thus this driver file is download from third party website.

Some said Sunplus SPCA533 digital camera is same as Digigr8 DV182 camera. So if you have a Digigr8 DV182 camera, you can try identify it by comparing to this image.

The installation for Sunplus SPCA533 camera driver is simple. There is one thing that you may need to know before start the driver installation:

  1. If this is your first time install the driver, UNPLUG your Sunplus SPCA533 camera before start the driver installation.
  2. If you have installed the driver before and need to repair/restore the driver, plug in the camera before start the driver installation.

The driver installation software will install the following components into your system:

  1. Universal serial bus controller
  2. DSC Composite USB Device
  3. Icatch(IV) Composite USB Device
  4. WDM Video Capture, USB Camera
  5. USB Camera, WDM Audio Capture
  6. Icatch(IV) Still Camera Device
  7. SP5X Video Compressor and Decompressor

One more thing, actually the setup refers to the device as Sunplus CA533A, but I am sure you can try to install it on Sunplus CA533 camera as well.

    I have used a camera Lenoxx DC 050 since 2005 with Windows XP. I bought a new PC with Windows Vista and I need driver to install it.
