Description
This is the MS-300/350 ISIS and Twain Driver Version 1.1 for Windows 95, 98, Me, NT 4.0, 2000, and XP. This driver is released quite some times ago (2004) and seems that Canon did not include any Windows Vista support for the microfilm scanner.
TWAIN is more common and is usually the only driver provided with consumer scanner models, while ISIS is the driver standard developed by Pixel Translations.
ISIS provides a more standardized interface for high-speed scanners, and often improves performance for faster models (40 pages per minute or more). But seems that TWAIN is more popular nowadays. Anyway, use what ever is supported and workable in your system.
