Firmware Installation Guide for Creative ZEN V
- Download the ZENV_PCFW_L22_1_32_01.exe file into your local hard disk.
- Close all application windows that are currently running on your computer.
- Connect your player to your computer.
- Double-click the downloaded file and follow the instructions on the screen.
You must follow the exact steps above to avoid damage to your ZEN V player during the flashing of firmware. Oh ya.. I suggest you to fully recharge your ZEN V prior to flash the firmware, although the USB cable might supply enough juice for the process. Just in case.
