Nextar Q4 GPS is using a Mini-B USB connector to connect to USB port in computer.

Tried to look up the driver in nextar.com but the website seems to down with a "The connection has timed out" error message on my Firefox browser. I have found a forum post regarding the connection between Nextar Q4 and PC:
"Connect your device (of course SD-card inserted) via USB-cable with your desktop PC / laptop. After the ActiveSync connection has established, you at desktop PC / laptop can see disk strcuture of your device, among others the name of the SD-card your device internally uses."

ActiveSync is a software by Microsoft. You can find ActiveSync here. As Nexstar Q4 is operating on Windows CE Core 5.0 operating system, and ActiveSync as described by Microsoft: "Microsoft ActiveSync 4.5 is the latest sync software release for Windows Mobile-powered devices.", this might work.
