I have searched through Coby USA website for Coby MP 600 MP3 player driver and this is what I have found:

However I managed to find the mention of a general Windows 98SE USB driver for all Coby MP3/MP4 players which using a high speed USB 2.0 connection to PC.
Therefore I think for Windows OS newer than Windows 98 will have the necessary USB driver preloaded for Coby MP 600 MP3 player. You may want to plug in your Coby MP 600 and see if your Windows prompt for the driver while detecting it. Who knows.
