Description
According to Acer, for correct installation of the Acer Travelmate 5610 Orbicam driver, it is necessary to install the software BEFORE connecting your Acer ® USB camera to the computer.
The reason is that Windows hardware wizard may start if you connect the device prior to software installation, and most probably, the message [An unknown device has been detected.] will be displayed. If it happens, click on the [Cancel] button and continue with installation.
Please note that Windows XP Service Pack 2 is required to enable Acer Travelmate 5610 Orbicam to operate at USB 2.0 high speed.
