Description

This driver includes the information necessary to install and configure the Intel(r) Pro/100 VE Network Card drivers for the Gateway 600YGR, 600YG2, 450RGH, 450ROG, 450SX4, 400SD4, 400VTX, M305CRV, or Solo 1450 in Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows 98.

If you have a Gateway 600YGR, 600YG2, 450ROG, 450RGH, 450SX4, 400SD4, 400VTX, M305CRV, or Solo 1450 notebook computer and are running Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows 98, you can install this driver.

Installation Guide

1. From the Start menu, click Control Panel.
2. In Control Panel, click Performance and Maintenance, and then click the System icon.
3. In the System Properties dialog box, click the Hardware tab, and then click Device Manager.
4. In Device Manager, click the plus sign (+) next to Network Adapters, and then double-click Intel PRO/100 VE Network Connection.
5. In the Intel(r) PRO/100 VE Network Connection Properties dialog box, click the Driver tab, and then click Roll Back Driver.
6. In the Intel(r) PRO/100 VE Network Connection dialog box, click Yes to continue.
7. In the Intel(r) PRO/100 VE Network Connection Properties dialog box, click Close.
8. Close Device Manager and restart your PC if necessary.
